Return Policy
General Policy
- Change of Mind Returns: If you are not happy with your purchase, full priced items can be returned for a Store Gift Card or Exchange, as we do not refund for change of mind returns or the wrong size.

We do not cover the cost of returning these items, we will however provide you a shipping label, which you will be prompted to pay for. Alternatively, you can choose your own courier to ship it back to us.
Please keep in mind we do not assume any responsibility if you choose your own courier, if the parcel is lost or does not arrive.
- Once we have received your parcel it can take up to 7 working days for a refund to process.
Exceptions
- Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at contact@trooly.ca within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
- Defective Product: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will require a description and photo(s) of the defect for verification purposes.
- Hats: Due to the nature of the item, we do not offer refunds or returns for hats unless deemed defective.
Return Process
- Contact Us: For any issues with your order, please email contact@trooly.ca with your order number and details of the issue.
- Verification: Once we confirm the issue, we will provide instructions for returning the item if necessary.
- Return Shipping: For approved returns due to incorrect or defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
