Shipping Rates
- Free Worldwide Shipping: Available for all orders.
- Pricing: All international and domestic shipment is free of charge.

Duties and Taxes:
- International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes.
- Customers from select countries are responsible for all duties and taxes.
- If you do not prepay duties and taxes or do not have the option to do so at checkout, you may be required to pay upon importing into your country. This is beyond our control.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 days to process all orders.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

- Domestic Orders: 2-5 business days once shipped.
- International Orders: Additional 10-15 days once shipped.*

Responsibility: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please open an investigation with the carrier.
- We will not replace any packages.

Return Policy
- All Sales Final: No refunds or exchanges.
- Wrong Item or Defective Product: If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Suspicious Activity: If we suspect that you are using a bot or checkout link, your order may be automatically canceled.
